Build & Lead – How Do You Measure Success with AI?
Most AI initiatives start with the same question: How can we help teams do the same work faster?
That matters. But for CTOs, the more interesting question is: What changes when teams can suddenly take on work that used to be too expensive, too slow, or simply unrealistic.
In this workshop, Stephan Schmidt will share different approaches to AI adoption, and explore how CTOs and engineering leaders can define meaningful goals and metrics for success.
Stephan Schmidt is a CTO Coach and a mentor to technology leaders. A former engineering leader at eBay and ImmobilienScout24, three-time founder, and author of Amazing CTO, he has spent more than 25 years helping technology organizations grow, and has coached dozens of CTOs through scaling, organizational, and technology challenges.
After a short presentation, we will work hands-on to define success criteria for AI initiatives, compare approaches with peers, and discuss practical ways to measure impact in our own organizations.
Supported by Techtelmechtel Coworking.
