Becoming an Agentic Engineer is a 3-hour intensive that teaches you how to configure, orchestrate, and scale AI agents across your entire software development lifecycle. It's built from real production experience, not theory.
What you'll learn:
Module 1 — Foundations & Configuration (Stages 1-4) Configure Claude Code and VS Code so AI actually understands your codebase. CLAUDE.md, instructions files, slash commands, sub-agents, MCP servers. Plus: prompt engineering principles for autonomous agents.
Module 2 — Context Engineering & MCP (Stages 3-5) Master what goes into the AI's context window and what stays out. Model selection strategies (Haiku vs. Sonnet vs. Opus), compaction, sub-agent isolation, and connecting to external tools via Model Context Protocol.
Module 3 — Agents Across the SDLC (Stages 5-6) Put agents to work beyond the IDE: automated code review, issue triage, deployment summaries, security scanning. Multi-agent patterns (manager-worker, pipeline, parallel swarm) using n8n and sub-agents.
Module 4 — Multi-Agent Orchestration (Stages 7-8) Survey the multi-agent landscape (Gas Town, Ruflo, oh-my-claudecode, Claude Squad). Learn why tests matter more than orchestration. Design your own orchestration architecture. Real-world case study from ProductFoundry.
