​Carolyn Moore is the Owner of CultureFluence Consulting, an executive coaching and people strategy consultancy.  She is a former Chief People Officer with over 25 years of experience leading teams and acting as a trusted advisor to CEOs and executives.  Carolyn has held leadership positions at such companies as Samsung, Apple and Mercedes Benz as well as several late-stage, VC-backed technology and medical device companies.  Recently, she led the People function at Auth0 where she enabled the doubling of headcount over the course of 18 months and managed diligence and integration efforts as part of their $6.5 billion acquisition by Okta.

​Robert Lucarelli is a business development leader at Sequoia. With over 20 years of experience, including the past eight years specializing in the benefits and PEO space, he has a proven track record in cold outbound outreach and in turning existing relationships into high-quality referrals, helping companies grow through both direct sales and strategic partnerships.
