Ahmedabad's First AI Designathon
The tech and AI ecosystem around the world is brimming with conversations about coding with AI. Designing with AI is the blind spot.
Everyone is talking about building software with AI. Engineers are shipping faster than ever, and you have probably watched it happen up close. Almost no one is talking about what AI has done to design.
Design used to be slow. It was gated behind years of tool skill and the patience to push pixels for days. AI changed that quietly, and most people, including a lot of designers, have not caught up yet. In one evening, you will see what design looks like now, and you will do it with your own hands.
Meet your hosts
Vinayak Varshney is a graphic, motion, and UI/UX designer. He has crafted digital products and brand experiences for companies like Petpooja, Quicko (by Zerodha), Federal Bank, TartanHQ and more. Vinayak views AI not as a threat to creativity, but as a powerful accelerator.
Vaibhav Bansal previously led product at Quicko (by Zerodha). He's now a Fractional Product Manager who takes on problems he finds interesting, using AI at every step to ship products end-to-end. He's also building ContentEz, an AI writing assistant for LinkedIn.
Rahul Bhadoriya is the founder of Dacoit Design, a studio designing brands and products for web3 companies like Zerolend and Velar, after managing design at Polygon Labs. Rahul's Philosophy: AI can generate endlessly, but knowing what to keep is still the human's job.
