Speaker Lab: Panel Edition is a hands-on, practice-based experience designed to help you strengthen your voice, sharpen your storytelling, and build real confidence through doing — not just learning.
We’ll kick things off with energizing improv exercises to loosen up, get out of your head, and step into presence.
Then we’ll move into our Panel Rounds — interactive questions designed to help you practice speaking, clarify what you’re building, and strengthen your message in real time.
This is your chance to practice being seen, heard, and understood — without the pressure of doing it alone.
No prep needed — just come as you are.
This is not a lecture. This is a lab.
