Duration: 4-hour sessions

Session Breakdown:
Check-In & Accountability (45 mins): Report what you shipped, share current bottlenecks, and commit to your next 14-day sprint.
Live Coaching (2 hours): 2-3 founders get coached live through their biggest current bottlenecks.
Group Problem-Solving (45 mins): Rapid-fire troubleshooting on blockers, decisions, and challenges.
2-Week Sprint Planning (30 mins): Set your focus and commit publicly to the group.
