​LeftHack - A Socialist Hackspace

​Socialism is back! With the Green Party experiencing a historic surge in the polls, and the founding of Your Party underway, it feels like socialist politics in the UK is back in business.

​LeftHack is a new group bringing together anyone who wants to lend their tech skills to the movement.

​Our first event will be a pretty small and casual affair. We’ll present a google doc of “streams”: ideas for what to build or what to learn. All levels of tech literacy are welcome.

​Logistics

• ​Bring a laptop (if you have one)

• ​We’ll provide snacks, and a late lunch!

• ​The venue is wheelchair accessible

​Arrive at 1.45pm for a 2pm start (but coming later is fine too)

They'll be a chance at the end of the day to share your progress with the group (optional!)
