With 8+ years of experience in sales, GTM strategy, and venture scaling, Mark supports startups and scale-ups across Europe and Africa in building repeatable commercial engines. He combines strategic sparring with hands-on execution—from outbound and inbound setup to CRM optimization and sales team development. His focus is on testing hypotheses fast—quick and dirty when needed, but always grounded in structured, data-driven execution.
