About Event

Each month, we bring 30 pre-seed and seed-stage founders together at The Delta Campus for a day designed to help you move faster on the things that matter most.

At the heart of Office Hours is access to seasoned operators, investors, and domain experts across fundraising, product, growth, brand, hiring, and more.

You’ll have the opportunity to book multiple 1:1 sessions throughout the day, diving deep into your current challenges and getting sharp, personalised input.

Please note: To secure time with specific mentors, you must book your 1:1 sessions in advance. While we try to accommodate everyone, unbooked sessions are not guaranteed and slots fill quickly.

Angeley Mullins
Angeley is a seasoned GTM executive who’s led global growth strategies for Amazon, Intuit, GoDaddy, and multiple high-growth startups including one unicorn. She advises founders on building revenue engines, brand positioning, and AI-driven marketing. Named by Crunchbase as one of the most influential women in sales, she brings sharp insight and real-world depth to commercial scale.

Product Mentor:

Chiedza Muguti
Chiedza is a product leader with deep experience across financial services, known for translating complex roadmaps into meaningful delivery. She combines technical and commercial expertise with a collaborative, servant-leadership style. At her core, she believes in building products and teams that compound long-term value.

Strategy & Venture Design Mentor:

Elisabeth Sabeditsch

Elisabeth is a strategic operator with a sharp focus on early-stage and growing ventures. She advises founders on designing sustainable business models, shaping go-to-market strategies, and building high-performing teams. With a background in guiding ventures from concept to scale, she brings practical insight into the challenges of venture design, execution, and growth. Her expertise lies in helping founders align strategy with execution while sourcing and expanding the right talent to drive long-term success.

Go-to-Market & Sales Execution Mentor:

Mark Georg

With 8+ years of experience in sales, GTM strategy, and venture scaling, Mark supports startups and scale-ups across Europe and Africa in building repeatable commercial engines. He combines strategic sparring with hands-on execution from outbound and inbound setup to CRM optimization and sales team development. His focus is on testing hypotheses fast quick and dirty when needed, but always grounded in structured, data-driven execution. Having built and led multiple growth teams, he brings deep insight into early sales motion design, go-to-market planning, and scalable revenue operations.

Strategy & Early-Stage Growth Mentor:

Max Bauermeister

Max is a seasoned operator with over a decade of experience across the startup landscape — from VC-backed scaleups to profitable SaaS and PE-backed ventures. Having transitioned from consulting into entrepreneurship, he’s developed a deep passion for turning ideas into sustainable business models. He works closely with founders on early-stage strategy, go-to-market execution, product-market fit, fundraising, and customer acquisition. Whether it’s securing the first 10 users or scaling to 100 and beyond, Max brings clarity, structure, and hard-won insight to the messy, high-stakes journey of early growth.

Ecosystem & Partnerships Mentor:

Anne Le Rolland

Anne Le Rolland is Startups Program Manager at Berlin Partner for Business and Technology. Her current focus is on empowering Berlin-based startups to grow and scale successfully. She develops programs and builds networks that help local founders strengthen their market position, access resources, and connect with the right partners. Anne is also actively involved in the Berlin Startup Unit’s Diversity Working Group, promoting inclusive growth and collaboration within the ecosystem.

Innovation & Technology Leadership Mentor:

Heiko Burdack

Heiko is a seasoned technology executive whose career spans major leadership roles including Group CTO at Commerzbank, Group CIO at SIGNAL IDUNA Group and SVP of Digital Design & Development at T‑Systems. He has led teams of more than 3,000 professionals with a responsibility for an €800 M P&L, and has been an early mover in implementing Gen AI solutions in highly regulated industries. With access to an expansive C‑suite network of 1,500+ executives, Heiko brings deep operational insight, strategic vision and connectivity helping founders navigate technology transformation, regulatory complexity and growth at scale.

Feel free to arrive at 9:00. We will start the icebreaker at 09:30 which is an informal way to meet fellow founders and mentors over coffee.

Founders rotate through pre-booked 1:1 sessions each 50 minutes long with selected mentors.

A break to refuel and chat more casually with mentors and other founders
