WoCS Austin: AI Open Mic Night 🎤
In April, we packed a section of The Malin for a hands-on session digging into AI prompts and workflows you could build the next day. The energy was incredible - and it was clear that so many of you are already out there building real things.
So this time, we're flipping the mic to YOU.
This is an open mic night for Customer Success and post-sales pros in Austin. Bring your laptop, share your screen, and walk us through an AI use case you've built. Maybe it's something powering your day-to-day at work. Maybe it's a personal hack you've cobbled together to take work off your plate. Either way - we want to see it.
No-judgment, learn-from-each-other vibes. Half-built prototypes welcome. Duct-taped Zapier workflows celebrated. Polished internal tools? Also great.
What you'll walk away with:
Real, working AI use cases from peers in CS and post-sales
Inspiration (and shortcuts) for your own workflows
New connections with the smartest women in CS in Austin
Who this is for:
CSMs, CS leaders, Support, Implementation, Onboarding, RevOps - anyone in post-sales
Builders and tinkerers who've been experimenting with AI in their work
People who'd rather see real workflows than another panel about "the future of CS"
Anyone who wants to leave with 5+ ideas they can actually use the next day
You don't need to present to come. The audience is half the room.
Schedule:
5:00 PM - Doors open, grab a drink and some food!
5:30 PM - Welcome + kickoff (intro demos from our President, Chapter Leads, and Founder)
6:00-7:00 PM - Open mic presentations
7:00–7:30 PM - Mingle, swap notes, and network!
Want to present? Drop a note when you RSVP - we'll line up the order. Presentations are short and casual (think 10ish minutes each), and you don't need slides. Just walk us through what you built and why!
Not presenting? Come anyway. We want all of your burning AI questions!
