In a concerted effort to expedite the widespread adoption of sustainable practices and stimulate investment in positive, measurable, and profitable solutions to societal challenges, Top Tier Impact (https://www.toptierimpact.com/), Oxford Centre for Technology and Development (https://octd.co.uk/), and Duke Corporate Education (https://www.dukece.com/) are collaborating to organize the "Data Accessibility and Equity in Climate Tech: Bridging the Gap between Hyper-Developed and Under-Developed Economies" roundtable.
Data Scientists, Researchers, Entrepreneurs, Investors, Corporate Leaders, and Policy Makers from around the world will share their perspectives on the topic, ranging from establishing the need for data and understanding data scarcity to addressing global data gaps for carbon. The discussions will delve into the requirement for innovative solutions to unmet demands, the challenges and opportunities for investors, aligning the audience to identify a positive and collaborative path for action.
We will actively moderate discussions with those individuals who have expressed a desire to contribute to the roundtable, and of course, we will open the floor to questions from the audience. With a packed agenda and serious topics at hand, we encourage everyone to collect their thoughts and present them in a positive and constructive manner. While we acknowledge the challenges within the sector, the goal is to propel forward and effect tangible change.
This event marks the commencement of a conversation around data. The community will evolve over time, and we will share a link to a chat for participants after the event.
