​About the speakers:

​Josh Elter - Chief of Staff @ ApartmentList

​Josh is currently the Chief of Staff at Apartment List. His role includes whatever the business requires of him, including strategic planning and operations, product operations, serving as a proxy for the CEO, managing executive operations, and leading the internal AI team. The AI team is specifically focused on increasing internal productivity and efficiency while maintaining or reducing costs, and making the entire company "AI-native."

​Josh has been at Apartment List since June. Before that, he spent time in business and product operations at SimplePractice, finance at Uber, and consulting at PwC. Josh lives in Orange County, CA with his family; and, off the field, he spends most of his free time at the beach, trying new coffee spots, and hanging out with his dog.

​Daniel Cornelius - Director of Sales Operations

​Daniel Cornelius is currently a Director of GTM Strategy at Apartment List. His role includes whatever the business requires to hit its supply goals, including driving GTM strategy for supply acquisition, architecting Sales team design and processes, and introducing new ways to scale the team. He is currently leading the charge to make the GTM organization "AI-native." This initiative is centered on unlocking selling time, improving the partner experience with Apartment List, and driving increased supply acquisition.

Daniel has been at Apartment List since June 2016, always within GTM-centered roles. Daniel lives in Midway, UT with his wife and four kids. Outside of work, he spends most of his free time getting outside on hiking or mountain biking trails, and golfing with his dad and brothers.
