Craft Collective Events

The Craft Collective Event Cancellation Policy

​To keep our community flowing with good vibes and fairness, please review our cancellation policy:

​Only RSVP for events you know you can attend. Many of our events have limited space, and we provide headcount's to our host venues — your RSVP holds a spot someone else may need.

​If you can’t make it, you’re more than welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or another creative — replacing your presence means it will not be counted as a no-show. You can use the Geneva app or connect with others through our social media to trade or transfer tickets.

​If you can’t make it, please cancel your RSVP at least 2–3 days in advance so we can offer your seat to another creative in the community.

​We get that life happens — if you have an emergency or last-minute conflict, cancel as early as possible and can notify an admin directly.

All ticket sales are final. The Craft Collective operates with a strict 

, as materials and venue accommodations are prepared in advance based on RSVP headcounts. If you can no longer attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend — simply notify us so we can update the guest list. Utilize the Geneva app or our social media accounts to coordinate a ticket transfer.

​We will be checking people in for all events. Please have your ticket ready to be scanned upon arrival from your Luma App.

 for an evening of reflection, creativity, and self-love. This BIPOC-centered craft night is all about slowing down, reconnecting with yourself, and honoring your journey through art.

. Think of it like a visual love letter to yourself. Using photos, affirmations, and mixed-media elements, you’ll design a personal keepsake that celebrates who you are, where you’ve been, and the love you continue to pour into your growth.

Your ticket includes a frame, cardstock, stickers, backgrounds, and all crafting supplies (scissors, glue, etc.), plus entry into a raffle!

 if you’d like to include them in your collage. You’re also welcome to bring any 

 that hold meaning to you — anything that represents your story, your essence, or your joy.
