We’re excited to bring the Chief of Staff Network (COSN) community back together in Berlin for our next in-person gathering.
Building on the momentum from previous meetups, this event will continue strengthening a high-trust community of Chiefs of Staff and senior operators across Berlin.

Format: This meetup will bring together Chiefs of Staff and adjacent operators for meaningful conversation, peer connection, and shared insights into the realities of operating in strategic leadership roles.
Show & Tell: How Chiefs of Staff Actually Get Things Done
You know those systems, templates, and processes you've quietly built that make everything run smoother? The ones you'd never put in a case study but your exec couldn't live without?
We're bringing them into the room.
At this month's CoS Network Berlin chapter meetup, we're running a show and tell: a few members will take 5-10 minutes each to walk through something real from their work. Think of it as a peek behind the curtain at the tools, frameworks, or approaches that are actually working for them right now.
What this might look like:
"Here's the weekly brief I send my CEO every Monday and why it's structured the way it is"
"This is how I built our OKR review process from scratch in 90 days, and what I'd do differently"
For attendees, this means: You'll leave with concrete ideas you can actually use, plus the chance to ask the questions you'd never ask in a bigger room.

This meetup is for operators currently serving as Chiefs of Staff, Founders’ Associates, or in similar BizOps, strategy, or operations roles.
