Project Raising Session: Loci - a community-owned network of regenerative properties

​Join us for a Project Raising session where the Nexus community comes together to accelerate regenerative projects. This is a developmental practice where we collectively tend the field of regenerative living by bringing our wisdom, resources, and connections to help a project reach its next milestone.

This session features Loci, a community-owned network of regenerative properties creating pathways to accessible land stewardship. Four years into development, Loci has secured land in Washington State, has partnership opportunities in Panama and Oregon, and is building a membership-based ecosystem where community members can participate in land-based wealth building through fractional ownership.

What Loci is seeking from the community:

Word-of-mouth introductions to values-aligned individuals who may want to claim one of the remaining 175 lifetime memberships

Connections to accredited investors, family offices, or impact-focused institutions interested in cash-flow positive real estate with near-term liquidity

Contributors willing to engage in marketing, fundraising, planning, or execution in exchange for future value participation
