Sustainable packaging is having its moment of truth. New EU regulation (PPWR) is forcing food brands to choose between quick compliance and real circularity, and most companies don't yet know which trade-offs actually matter.
This isn't a panel. It's a working session. A handful of experts, spanning PPWR/legal, circular materials, ecodesign, brand strategy, and consumer communication, each open with a rapid 5-minute take. Then everyone dives into a shared fictional case: a food brand facing a real packaging dilemma. Attendees split into breakout rooms, each tackling the case from a different angle, before regrouping to present concrete recommendations to the room.
