THC Workshop Series
Build with Clinicians is a clinician-led thinking room for healthtech founders to sharpen how they choose problems, design meaningful pilots, and decode clinician feedback in real clinical settings.
Founders learn how clinicians define “real” problems, what truly gets evaluated during pilots, and how trust, workflow fit, and risk shape long-term adoption, leaving with a clearer mental model for engaging clinicians and fewer false positives from early conversations and pilots.
Workshop Flow (90 Minutes)
1. Finding the Right Problem (30 mins)
Clinician-led session on how real problems are defined in practice — and why many “interesting” ideas never get prioritized.
Outcome: Clearer judgment on which problems are worth solving.
2. From Pilot to Scale (30 mins)
A clinician’s view on why most pilots stall and what actually drives adoption beyond pilots.
Outcome: Understand what makes pilots scalable, not just successful.
3. The Feedback Room (30 mins)
Live clinician feedback on select startups (observe real decision-making in action).
Outcome: Learn how clinicians evaluate problems, assumptions, and impact.
