FoF_Israel: The Rise of Design Agents | π Fall 2026 @HiBob
βπ Figma Israel Autumn Meetup π Monday | 26.10.26 | HiBob Offices | 18:30
βWe all feel it every day: the way we work is changing faster than ever. We've moved from static screens and prototypes to working with agents, building internal tools, and designing right inside production. AI is no longer a side experiment; it's part of the team.
βIn the upcoming meetup, we'll meet teams who didn't wait for anyone. They built their own agents, "digital brains," live design environments, and micro-tools, and they'll share honestly what worked, what didn't, and along the way, we'll ask the hard question: where does Figma fit into all of this?
βSo, without further ado, meet the speakers:
βπ Yarden Bashevkin & Vivian Fianika
// Product Designers at HiBob
How we built an AI Agent for a design team, from the inside out
What happens when a design team doesn't just use AI, but builds the tool it wants to work with?
Meet Leonardo, the HiBob design team's Design Agent. It's a bottom-up initiative that grew from designers' own needs and knowledge into a tool the team uses every day. We'll see how they turned the team's knowledge, processes, and practices into something the agent can use, and how collaboration across the organization helped move it forward.
βπ° Snir Bahar // Director of Product Design at JFrog Security
How do you make AI truly "understand" your product instead of designing generic screens?
βInstead of getting lost in information overload, the team built a "digital brain" that brings all of the design and product team's knowledge into one place. We'll see how connecting user understanding, business goals and design principles makes it possible to generate living, precise concepts in minutes, how to harness AI as a real partner in day-to-day work, and how you can start applying it in your own team.
βπ Anat Komarovsky Vodkov // Product Design Team Lead at Coralogix
Building a live design environment: from design system and real data to a working prototype
At Coralogix, the team built a live design environment. Designers work with real data, co-develop the design system and patterns, and build working prototypes instead of static mockups. Anat will show how this changed their design process: from collaboration within the design team, through feedback from product and engineering, to a live prototype that captures the interactions and cases already defined.
β𧣠Matan Rozen // Founding AI Designer at Gain Security
The holistic designer and the new toolbox: a micro-tool for every task
The holistic designer plans the product and executes it end to end with the help of AI. Matan will share how he builds micro-tools with AI, one tool per task. These tools remove blockers in the design process, let him start without waiting, and get precise, ready work to developers so they can build it right. A behind-the-scenes look at how it works in practice, what worked and what didn't.
βποΈ Agenda 18:30 | Doors open: beer, snacks, and awkward silence, AKA networking
19:10 | 4 short, focused talks
20:30 | Deep-dive panel with the speakers + Q&A
~21:15 | Wrap-up, kisses & hugs
