7:20pm – New Clay features rundown — short, tactical, and hot off the press from the launch @ Sculpt. (20 mins)
7:40pm – Live build, Clay Cup style: we vote on one submitted GTM problem. Jake solves it in 20 minutes. Idea → workflow → done. (20 mins)
8:10pm – Three parallel build sessions:
