AI + Ethics Workshop
Join researchers from across the University of Utah for a one‑day, on‑campus workshop dedicated to AI + Ethics and the social, cultural, and institutional impacts of artificial intelligence.
This event is designed for both those who build or study AI technologies and also for faculty and researchers in humanist disciplines whose perspectives are essential for understanding AI’s influence on people, communities, and society.
The workshop will feature talks, panels, posters, and highly interactive “open problem” sessions where participants explore pressing questions, meet collaborators from across campus, discover ongoing AI‑related work beyond their own fields, and help shape new interdisciplinary approaches to some of the most important ethical challenges of our time.
Registration is required for all attendees. Please register by Friday, March 20.
Breakfast and lunch will be provided to each registrant. An off-site mixer will follow in the evening.
Parking
Limited parking will be available for free in the lot behind the event's building.
