Gateway to the UK: Scaling Health Innovation from Japan
How can Japanese health and MedTech startups successfully enter and scale in the UK?
The Nakanoshima Qross Health Accelerator (NQHA) is a globally focused startup support program delivered under the NQ Global Startup Gateway, an initiative led by the @Osaka Prefectural Government to build globally competitive startups and position Nakanoshima as an international innovation hub.
Through tailored acceleration and overseas immersion programs, NQHA supports founders to commercialise globally. The program is jointly delivered by AstraZeneca, Cambridge Consultants, and MedTech Actuator, with a strong focus on international market entry.
Join us in Osaka for a special open session of NQHA. This panel discussion will explore strategic positioning for healthcare and MedTech startups targeting the UK market—featuring leaders with first-hand experience across regulation, the NHS, investment, and commercial pathways.
