Community Zine Workshop @ Offline Recess

​As a group, we'll brainstorm and use prompts to create analog zines to share with our local communities. Zinemaking is an important form of self publishing and resistance to violence and injustice throughout history, especially by Black disabled queer people.

​Participants can prepare for the workshop by thinking of resources or ideas they want more people to know about. Or imagining something that doesn't exist but they want to see. People can also bring any sources of inspiration, like other zines, collage materials

​We will provide art supplies like pens, markers, paper, glue, scissors etc!
