Molly Kocialski, Of Counsel, Holland & Hart—Molly is a widely respected intellectual property attorney with decades of experience helping clients obtain, protect, and maximize the value of their intellectual property. Throughout her career, including nearly a decade as Director of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office's Rocky Mountain Regional Outreach Office, she has earned recognition for her deep expertise in IP law and her passion for educating innovators, entrepreneurs, and businesses about the power of intellectual property.
Cyndi Bray was fed up with her sheets wadding-up in the laundry, so she invented the solution. Cyndi launched Wad-Free® for Bed Sheets direct to consumer during the pandemic, quickly turning her laundry pet peeve into a thriving company and a global household name. Wad-Free received accolades from Good Housekeeping, Real Simple, Reader’s Digest, and more, and even appeared on Shark Tank. The success of the brand — from its 2020 launch through 2025 acquisition — was due in large part to a strong intellectual property wall.
Joe is a Mechanical Engineer with a background in product design and robotics, and a passion for building hardware and the community of people that love it. Currently he works at Honeybee Robotics/Blue Origin building new actuators and sensors for spacecraft. He enjoys developing systems with dependencies across electronics, software, controls, and mechanisms and thrives on a team where it all comes together.
