Integrate World Models into Games, XR & Simulations
Three world model pipelines for Unity, Unreal & WebXR - built live, ready to ship.
This is not a theory session. You'll watch - and follow along - as we build four complete world model pipelines from prompt to deployed applications.
We picked the best entry points to start building with world models right now. We'll show you where they work, where they break down, and exactly how to push past the frictions most teams hit.
What you'll leave with:
🔍 What world models actually are - capabilities, visual fidelity limits, and what production-ready looks like today
⚙️ Four end-to-end live pipelines you can follow step by step and apply to your own projects the same day
Deployment Across All Four Platforms:
Unity - the world's most-used XR and game engine
Unreal Engine - the standard for cinematic, high-fidelity virtual production
WebXR - browser-based, the most accessible deployment target
Why this is a breakthrough:
Every AI model until now could describe the world. None could understand it. World models give AI a real internal representation of physical space - letting it reason about depth, forces, and actions for the first time. That's what makes XR truly immersive. This workshop is your fastest path to building with it.
This workshop is the perfect preparation for the Worlds in Action Hack in San Francisco - the largest hackathon dedicated to building real applications with world models, register here:

Speakers:
👤 Nigel Hartman combines software engineering, artificial intelligence (AI), and extended reality (XR) to create cutting-edge digital experiences. With years of experience at Deutsche Telekom and a background in bioinformatics, he bridges scientific insight with real-world development. As a Snap Spectacles Developer and founder of a tech-focused company, he is actively pushing the boundaries of immersive AI applications. Nigel has won multiple XR hackathons, including the Snap Spectacles Community Challenge, and continues to explore how AI can enhance spatial computing.
👤 Johannes Tscharn is a creative technologist and builder focused on creating interactive media that bridges the physical and digital worlds through games, XR, AI, and robotics. He is also a MIT Reality Hack 2025 winner, recognized for pushing the boundaries of immersive and interactive technology.
About:
XR Bootcamp is a global online academy offering hands-on VR/AR courses for experienced developers and researchers. It supports the XR Creators community with free knowledge, peer learning, and networking. Its recent SensAI program brings XR, AI, and CV developers together to prototype context-aware wearable applications using multi-modal AI/CV tools with access to exclusive kits and resources.
We’re kicking off 2026 with something new: Worlds in Action Hack San Francisco, the first hackathon built entirely around world models - not as theory, but as things you can explore, break, and ship with.
