Q&A with Phyl Terry - Author of Never Search Alone

​Job searching is emotionally taxing, and tackling this process without a proper support system amplifies the difficulty. As product leaders, we are all familiar with key concepts of product discovery and product market fit. It is somewhat ironic that most of us do not apply these concepts to our careers. 

​Phyl Terry takes key product management concepts around discovery and product market fit, and applies them to a job search process. Phyl's book, Never Search Alone, which launched in 2022, covers all these concepts in an easy operational guide. Phyl also offers a volunteer-driven community and online resources to help guide job seekers through this novel process.

​The methodology has gained significant traction in the US, but here in Europe, it is relatively unknown.
