Magda Kufrej is the founder of Work Ally and Lead Career Trainer at Climatebase, where she coaches mission-driven professionals looking to move into climate and impact work.
Before becoming a coach, she led communications for a €2 billion portfolio of clean energy projects at the European Commission, then moved into climate tech startups and sustainability consulting. Today, she helps others navigate similar career transitions while exploring how AI is reshaping the future of work.
