Ladies who Launch is an accelerator especially created for experienced professionals who choose entrepreneurship as their second act. It is designed for those starting a solopreneur practice, consultancy or a startup, to reduce the likehood of failure by following a proven approach, and make smarter early choices.
In these 12 weeks you will:
Be able to make your first sale — Through deep customer clarity, understanding how you create value for them and how you reach them.
Ensure Commercial Viability – Make early business model choices, ensuring you have a path to profitability.
Learn to build a sustainable Pipeline – Practical strategies to ensure you will continue to have customers and access to talent and partners, without having to do the 'hard selling'.
Build your entrepreneurial Network – Connect like-minded peers and ex-corporate professionals and find mentors.
Understand your Financials – Revenue, cash flow, runway... understand how your business works, leverage points, and the impact of key decisions
Learn to move forward without having all the answers — The mindset of the entrepreneur is a key predictor of success — and it can feel quite different from the corporate mindset.
You’ll learn alongside experienced professionals and executives who, like you, are taking the leap into entrepreneurship after a corporate career.
