Drumming into freedom

​As part of Regenerative Fridays, we invite you to embark on a journey of liberation through a shamanic drum ceremony. What do you feel ready to break free from?

​It start of the lunar month of the libertarian Aquarius.

​​Doors open at 7h30pm. Event starts at 8pm.

​​What to expect: a safe environment for expressing yourself. Friendly hosts. Yoga mats or chairs, water, tea and pillows are provided.

​​​What to bring: comfortable and warm clothes, warm socks, a big scarf or light blanket to cover yourself if you wish to relax.
