Think Differently, Together: AI as Your Brainstorming Partner
After rave reviews from her "Ask Better Questions" workshop, we are excited to have another amazing virtual workshop by Rachael Wooden, Community Health Program Manager at Kaiser Permanente.
What you will learn
This session is built around four hands-on techniques for using AI as a brainstorming partner. The goal is not to have AI do your thinking for you. The goal is to use it to go further than you would on your own. You will practice writing prompts that generate useful ideas, experiment with constraints and personas to find angles you would not have reached alone, and build a habit of evaluating AI output so the ideas you walk away with feel genuinely yours.
What to bring
Come with a challenge you are actively working on. This could be a program you are designing, a project that needs momentum, or a problem that has been sitting on your desk longer than it should. It can be early-stage or stuck in the middle. If you do not have something ready, we will provide a shared challenge to work from. You will also need access to an AI tool you already use, whether that is ChatGPT, Claude, or another text-based generative AI.
What you will leave with
A master prompt guide for creative brainstorming with AI, ready to use the same day you attend. It covers four techniques: persona prompts, constraint prompts, output format templates, and mash-up starters. Every prompt transfers across any challenge and any field.
