Wellbeing Hour: Sustainable Wellbeing
This session is one of three in the Wellbeing Series.
Register for session two and session three.
You'll join a small group for a two-hour oasis of self-care and reflection.🌱 This is a creative group exploration session, and by no means can it be a substitute for counselling, psychotherapy, or other mental health support.
Do you feel like you are thriving, or just surviving? And is there anything in between?
In this session, we will discuss the unspoken traps of wellbeing, identify your own wellbeing patterns, and explore what sustainable wellbeing looks like for each of us.
Main takeaways 🎁
Take a critical look at the most common wellbeing tools, techniques, and initiatives
Reflect on your own wellbeing needs, current practices, and the gap between them
Design a series of small actions to make your own wellbeing sustainable for the long run
