Wellbeing Hour: Boundaries
This session is one of three in the Wellbeing Series.
Register for session one and session three.
You'll join a small group for a two-hour oasis of self-care and reflection.🌱 This is a creative group exploration session, and by no means can it be a substitute for counselling, psychotherapy, or other mental health support.
Working with and for other people often puts us in situations that test our boundaries, and we usually notice them when we feel someone has crossed them.
But have you ever wondered what your boundaries actually look like?
Boundaries aren't just walls; they can be seen as clarity about what we need to function well. In this session, we will explore our individual boundaries in different areas of work and practice being more comfortable holding them healthy and strong.
Takeaways 🎁
Creative exploration of your own boundaries in different parts of our work life
Learn the concept of healthy boundaries and how to hold them
Practice saying "no" (and meaning it) without over-explaining or apologizing
