About Event

Calling climate professionals, non-profits, and educational institutions! PNW Climate Week is coming to Vancouver on July 13-19, and we’re shaping it with the people and organizations making things happen. And that includes you!

Join us virtually for this information session on Wednesday, April 22, 1-2 pm to discover what PNW Climate Week Vancouver is all about – hear about our goals, ask your questions, and learn how to get involved. This isn’t just a moment – be part of a movement that protects what we value: clean air and water, forests and coastlines, wildlife and ecosystems, strong communities, and a shared future people want to be part of.

This session will be virtual to accommodate a wider geographic audience in Greater Vancouver. Recordings will be sent to registered attendees. By signing up for this program and joining the virtual session, you consent to be part of a recorded meeting.

We acknowledge that we physically and digitally work and live on the unceded, ancestral, and traditional territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations. We also recognize the Katzie, Kwantlen, Kwikwetlem, Qayqayt, Semiahmoo, S’ólh Téméxw (Stó:lō), Stz'uminus, scəwaθenaɁɬ təməxʷ (Tsawwassen), and all Coast Salish Peoples on whose land we are honored to be newcomers and guests. We further acknowledge that Indigenous Peoples in Canada are the original climate experts and stewards of the land.
