​GLOW with WISA: Cultivating Womxn’s Growth, Legacy, Openness & Wellness in Higher Education

​The Womxn in Student Affairs Knowledge Community Leadership Team invites you to an engaging pre-conference focused on empowering womxn in higher education at the 2026 NASPA Annual Conference. Through panel discussions, interactive activities, reflection, and community building, we will explore strategies for professional growth, legacy-building, storytelling, and navigating challenges that impact well-being. Participants will leave with tools, inspiration, and a renewed commitment to advancing the field—especially during times of change and uncertainty.
