​Emre Okcular is a Senior Solutions Architect at OpenAI, where he helps digital-native enterprises design and deploy advanced agentic AI systems and production-grade AI applications. With 8+ years of experience across software engineering, data engineering, and machine learning, he specializes in end-to-end ML pipelines, LLMOps, AI agents, and context engineering for reliable, long-running AI workflows. Previously, Emre led high-impact generative AI initiatives at Google Cloud’s Vertex AI platform and built large-scale data and ML systems at companies like Capgemini, Dictionary.com, and Turkcell. He holds an M.S. in Data Science from the University of San Francisco and frequently speaks and writes about AI agents, memory design, and the emerging discipline of context engineering
