About Event

3h hands on workshop |📍 Lisbon | In-person | 20 seats max
Early bird €180 (first 10 seats)
For Senior PMs, founders & product leaders dealing with messy decisions

Most product workshops teach frameworks. This one teaches judgment.

The hardest product decisions don’t come with clean data or clear answers. They happen when data conflicts, stakeholders disagree, and no option is obviously right.

And your credibility depends on what you do next.

Built on real product cases and decision scenarios in complex environments, where data, stakeholders, and strategy don’t align.

This workshop is designed to help Product leaders and founders become more reliable over time: more structured in their thinking, more confident in their decisions, and more credible when direction needs to change.

Why join now?

Join this workshop if you’ve ever:

  • Sat in a room where everyone had data, and still disagreed

  • Delayed a decision because the answer wasn’t clear

  • Made a call you believed in, but struggled to defend it

  • Seen growth, but weren’t sure it meant real product-market fit

  • Felt pressure to justify a decision that wasn’t “obviously right”

What you'll learn:

By the end of this workshop, you’ll be able to:

  • Make a call even when the data contradicts itself, and explain it without losing credibility

  • Evaluate decisions after the fact, even when results are ambiguous

  • Defend your reasoning without hiding behind “data theatre”

  • Distinguish real product-market fit from misleading growth signals

  • Explain a change in direction in a way leadership trusts and get buy-in

Workshop Structure

This is a hands-on, interactive session.

Part 1: Making Product Decisions Under Uncertainty

Focus: build the ability to make forward-looking product decisions when data is incomplete, stakeholders disagree, and trade-offs are unavoidable.

Part 2: Evaluating Product-Market Fit Under Uncertainty (60 min)

Focus: build the ability to evaluate whether a product is actually working - separating real product-market fit from misleading growth signals and ambiguous outcomes.

This workshop teaches you how to decide when it’s not clear what to do.

Who this is for:

  • Growth / Product leaders

  • Senior Product Managers

  • Founders and early-stage operators

NOT for beginners or those seeking step-by-step templates.

Logistics:

  • Location: Lisbon (hosted by SIXT Lisbon)

  • Format: In-person, interactive workshop

  • Capacity: limited to 20 participants

  • Once full, registrations close

  • Early bird (€180): first 10 seats or until April 15

Final note:

If your role requires making decisions when things are messy, unclear, and high-stakes, this is the skill that determines whether you’re trusted or questioned.
