​The McKinsey x MIT x Harvard NextGen Family Leaders Summit is a full-day gathering designed for MBA students and next-generation leaders from family business backgrounds across MIT and Harvard. Taking place from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, the summit will bring together participants and McKinsey experts for a series of interactive discussions focused on the future of family-owned enterprises.

Throughout the day, we will explore topics including

• ​​Family governance and professionalization,

• ​​Strategies for diversification through venture building and M&A.
