Warsaw Creative Club: Arabic Funk Night
Arabic Funk Night
From Cairo to Beirut. Casablanca to Baghdad.
The Arabic world built some of the most infectious music of the 20th century and most people never heard it. Egyptian orchestras layering strings over drum machines. Lebanese pop singers hitting notes that rewire your nervous system. North African rhythms that never got the credit they deserved. Gulf sounds that feel like nothing else on earth.
Tonight we fix that.
Warsaw Creative Club takes over The Social Praga for two hours of funk, soul, and groove from across the Arab world. This is a corner of music history that rarely gets a room in Warsaw. We’re giving it one.
Come for the representation. Stay for the dancing. Arabic funk was made to move bodies and that’s exactly what we’re here for. Shake your ass. Learn something. Do both at once.
And yes, The Social Praga pours what is widely considered Warsaw’s best pint of Guinness. So you’ll be doing all of the above in great company, with something cold and dark in your hand.
A few hours. One room. Music that deserves to be heard loud.
