A4FC Mini Tule Basket Workshop w/ Tek Tekh
Join Alliance For Felix Cove and California Native cultural artist Christi Tek Tekh Gabaldon (Mishewal Wappo) in a mini tule burden basket workshop. This community gathering & weaving workshop will take place at the beautiful outdoor location of Stafford Lake Park in Novato, CA, a traditional territory of Coast Miwok people.
In this workshop participants will learn how to use a twine technique to weave a mini burden basket made of tule harvested from Stafford Lake.
