Water, Women and Conscious Leadership: Sustaining the Source
To sustain the planet, we must first sustain ourselves.
Hosted at WaterHouse, this intimate brunch conversation brings together CEOs and senior leaders from the beauty, hospitality & watch and jewelry industry to explore the deep connection between human wellbeing, sustainable company culture, and responsible supply chain development, through the lens of water and women's empowerment.
As freshwater scarcity accelerates and pressures on our waterways, oceans, and the world’s bodies of water intensify, the decisions businesses make ripple far beyond their operations. Water reminds us that every system depends on the health of its source and that what flows outward must first be cared for from within.
As expectations around climate resilience, resource stewardship, and inclusiveness continue to evolve, this gathering creates space for honest, off-the-record dialogue about what it truly takes to future-proof businesses, and the power of building water-responsible brands. Together, we will reflect on leadership practices, organizational culture, and decision-making systems that support both personal sustainability and long-term planetary impact.
Co-hosted with the Watch and Jewellery Initiative 2030 (WJI 2030), a multi-stakeholder action platform founded by Kering and Cartier, delegated by Richemont, this conversation aligns with WJI 2030’s mission to unite the watch and jewelry value chain in advancing climate resilience, preserving resources, and fostering inclusiveness in a rapidly changing regulatory landscape.
Designed as a facilitated, participatory exchange rather than a formal panel, this brunch invites leaders to slow down, connect with peers, and consider how sustaining human energy, values, and relationships is essential to building resilient supply chains and regenerative business models.
Following brunch, join us on the water for an immersive experience. Please RSVP to reserve your float space.

Mind Your Water is a daily mindfulness series by Shower Thoughts™ designed to inspire you to reflect on your personal connection to water and how you interact with it in everyday life. Each session explores a different relationship to water, deepening our awareness of the waters within us and around us, using water as both mirror and teacher.
Rooted in the science of Blue Mind, popularized by marine biologist Dr. Wallace J. Nichols, these sessions draw on research showing that proximity to water naturally shifts the brain into a calm, focused state that supports restoration, creativity, and emotional wellbeing.
Led by Bodies of Water™ Wellness Lead Erica Gittens of AURA: BODY+HOME, each experience weaves together gentle movement, stillness, sound, and sensory immersion. Together, these elements help restore the nervous system, awaken a Blue state of mind, and remind us that water is not something we visit. It is who we are.

tabl'eau Filtered Water
Beyond fulfilling a fundamental human need, the universal desire for water creates the opportunity to curate a memorable experience.
At tabl’eau, it is our goal is to be the most significant water company of the 21st century, while advancing the world’s transition away from single-use packaged and delivered water.
As a filtration company, we bring that vision to life not only by filtering, chilling, and offering premium sparkling and still filtered water on tap directly on site.
Historically the provision of water has been characterized by an industrial and institutional aesthetic. Industrial materials had been prioritized, straightforward forms used and fixtures had a utilitarian approach, all with little consideration for visual appeal. In taking this opportunity to set ourselves apart, we introduced functional design and elegant aesthetics with exceptional certified service to deliver an end-to-end premium, product taste and service experience. The result is a moment of connection — between people and place, between taste and purpose.
tabl’eau is water as a service, embodied by our signature tabl’eau Carafe. Handcrafted from recycled glass, the carafe is both elegant and purposeful — a quiet statement that premium, planet-conscious water is available here, to be enjoyed effortlessly as it works to solve. tabl’eau also moves beyond the transaction of leasing our systems as we unlock new revenue opportunities for our clients.
