About our speakers:

Moiz Shirazi – "My background bridges economics, law, and technology. I hold a BA from the University of Chicago (2000) and an MBA from Chicago Booth (2007). I’m passionate about the intersection of AI and legal innovation, and I believe the businesses that harness data-driven legal intelligence earliest will have a decisive financial and competitive advantage. I began developing SCORE while at Baker McKenzie, where I served as a Principal Economist. This experience gave me a front-row seat to the complexity of global legal risk — and the conviction that AI and data science could transform how companies navigate it. Since 2024 when we spun out of Baker McKenzie, SCOREalytics has proven its potential and become trusted by multinational corporations, leading law firms, and global investors."

Jennie Morawetz is a corporate attorney and startup executive with a track record of building market-leading practices and products at the intersection of legal risk and innovation. After clerking for two federal judges, Jennie spent a decade at Kirkland & Ellis, where she helped build and lead a 20+ person global sustainability practice group ranked Band 1 in Chambers ESG. In 2025, Jennie joined SCOREalytics, Inc. as a founding executive. As Chief Strategy Officer & General Counsel, she guides cross-functional global teams building a platform that transforms legal, regulatory, and policy signals into forward-looking intelligence executives and boards can use to shape strategy, allocate capital, and manage risk. Jennie has a unique perspective on AI risks, opportunities, and governance: she is building an AI-enabled product from the ground up and she has designed guardrails around AI use within a law firm practice group and in-house. She speaks not as an observer, but as an executive who has navigated AI’s promise and limits from both sides of the table and who is actively building technology tools to help boards and leadership teams stay on top of global legal and regulatory change. Outside of work, Jennie engages deeply in community initiatives in her adopted hometown of Anchorage, Alaska, and would love to help you plan your next Alaska vacation.

Monique Tronchin is the founder of Interconnect Legal, PLLC, a fractional commercial counsel practice serving early-to-mid-stage technology companies on AI governance, privacy, Web3, and cross-border expansion. She built the practice to operate where legal, technical, and commercial decisions actually intersect. Before launching Interconnect Legal, Monique held in-house counsel roles at Alto Pharmacy, Vise, and Carta, and advised digital-asset and fintech firms at Guidehouse; earlier in her career, she held regulatory and financial crime roles at Commerzbank, JPMorgan, and Cantor Fitzgerald. She holds dual degrees in computer science and economics from The George Washington University and a JD from SUNY Buffalo, is admitted to the New York bar and pursuing the AIGP credential. Monique is currently a mentor in the Spring 2026 cohort of the Cardano Foundation Accelerator Program.

Eric Topel is a strategic and innovative legal counsel and business partner with a demonstrated history of helping start-ups and well-established businesses across industries grow and thrive in a profitable, socially responsible, and sustainable way. Currently, Eric is the Head of Legal for Perchwell, the modern data and workflow platform for residential real estate, where he oversees the entire legal and compliance function and also has been serving as the interim head of Customer Success. Previously, Eric served as Global General Counsel for Patsnap, a Series E patent analytics and innovation intelligence platform overseeing all corporate and commercial legal matters in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, China, Japan and Singapore. Prior to joining Patsnap, Eric spent: (i) two years at Socure, a Series E digital identity validation and fraud prevention SaaS company, where he was responsible for all corporate legal and litigation matters, including pre-IPO due diligence, cap table and equity incentive plan management and administration, corporate compliance, employee relations, oversaw a $70 million acquisition and post-merger integration, and helped secure a $95 million debt facility; (ii) three-plus years with UiPath, where he helped build out the corporate legal infrastructure and grow the organization from a $3 billion-dollar private Series C company with 1,800 employees to a NYSE-listed company valued at $30+ billion with 4,000 employees in 40 countries; and (iii) over seven years with Danone North America, where he served in various leadership roles, including acting as General Counsel for its U.S. water business where he helped scale the business 3x in three years.
