CT Digital Forum Oct 24th:Cointober Edition
Join us on October 24th for the "Cointober Edition" of the CT Digital Forum. We're gathering a group of leading experts to discuss the current state of crypto and digital assets -- what may lie on the road ahead and how global macro forces are impacting the market.
As always, you'll be able to engage with fellow investors, institutions and innovators over coffee and "lite bites" for conversations throughout the morning. About 150 registered so far.
October (often called "up-tober") has historically been a strong month for Bitcoin and the broader crypto market. As institutional capital floods into crypto via new ETFs, stable coins, and tokenized assets, it's time to check in on this digital revolution.
Doors open at 8am. We'll kick the first session off at 8:30am with a keynote address from Matt Hougan, Chief Investment Officer of Bitwise Asset Management.
Then Connecticut's own Bob Dewey, host of the Exploring Prosperity YouTube channel, Substack newsletter and podcast, will moderate a panel titled: Macro Forces and Digital Assets: What's Next? Panelists include:

The panel will provide a deep, nuanced, outlook on a crypto market being driven by growing institutional adoption, stable coin expansion, a coming Tsunami of new crypto ETFs, and evolving macroeconomic conditions.
And while sentiment is clearly bullish, rising leverage and crowded positioning could suggest potential for short-term volatility and corrections due to profit-taking and other factors.
