About Shannon Swift
Shannon Swift is the CEO and founder of Swift HR Solutions, Inc., where she has spent the past two decades helping startups and high-growth companies build the HR and leadership infrastructure needed to scale successfully. She brings more than 30 years of experience as an HR executive, business leader, and board advisor, with a passion for aligning people strategies to business goals.
Before founding Swift HR, Shannon held executive HR roles in high-growth technology, health care and life sciences companies and also built TriNet’s first successful branch office in Seattle. And, she served as Zillow’s first VP of HR for 2 years as they grew rapidly from just 2 employees to 150. She is a life-time certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), a graduate of the University of Washington, and a longtime nonprofit board leader. She has been a member of Entrepreneur Organization (EO) since 2011 and currently serves on EO's global Human Capital Advisory Committee (HCAC).
Recognized as one of Seattle Tech’s “Top 100 Women” and named “Best Service Provider to Startups” by Seattle 2.0, Shannon is also a frequent speaker on HR, leadership, and organizational growth.
