Unlock Your Team's Power: How to Audit Your Invisible Culture Signals
Why this topic matters
With pressure for growth, speed and innovation higher than ever, it's crucial that product leaders build and sustain high performance teams.
Team culture is built through daily habits, unintentional behaviours, and signals — and leaders have an outsized impact here (especially when times get tough).
In this interactive session you'll work with executive coach Lucie McLean (who also leads Productlab's Leaders Circles) to explore the ways that leaders impact team culture — intentionally and unintentionally.
You'll have a chance to explore your leadership shadow to help you identify the messages you send about what matters — and identify new ways to unlock even more of your team's power and creativity.
This session will be most valuable for product leaders currently managing teams.
What you'll learn
Identify Your Invisible Culture Signals — Uncover the subconscious cues you're sending that tell your team what you actually value
Audit Your "Secret Rules for Success" — Participate in a live exercise to reveal the unwritten rules of your team and how to rewrite them for greater impact
The Shadow vs. Weather Simulation — Learn to map how your personal leadership habits create the operational "climate" for your team and stakeholders
