​Mechanical engineer (SUTD) turned designer (Harvard) turned product leader, Dishi's finds herself asking the same question in different rooms: how do people actually behave, and what does it cost them when we ignore it? That curiosity has taken her from aircraft cabins to digital solutions to consumer electronics — proof that user-centricity is a habit that outlasts any single title.

​Yan Ling is Product Manager and Experience Lead for Wealth Journeys at DBS Bank, where she focuses on orchestrating different projects to deliver a coherent customer experience. She's moved through research, design, and product roles, always chasing wherever the real problem sits, an instinct that now has her studying Traditional Chinese Medicine outside of work, to look beneath symptoms instead of just treating them.
