About SOSV HAX
SOSV HAX provides hard-tech founders a six-month collaborative residency, hands-on engineering support, and an initial investment package of up to $550,000. HAX operates a flagship 35,000-square-foot facility in Newark, with additional offices in Shenzhen, Pune, and Tokyo.
In late 2026, HAX will also open the HAX Plasma Forge at SRI in Princeton, a 10,000-square-foot facility dedicated to helping founders commercialize breakthroughs in plasma science across advanced computing, energy, and manufacturing.

An accredited investor as defined by Rule 501(a) of Regulation D under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933; OR
