​Runway Breakfast Club is a simple morning ritual for people across the Aker ecosystem, a moment to pause, grab coffee, and meet others in the building before the workday begins.

​It’s intentionally low-key.
Coffee. Breakfast. Conversation.

​But the idea behind it is something we believe in.

​Community isn’t built in big moments.
It’s built in the small, everyday ones, a conversation over coffee, a familiar face, a new introduction.

​In a building like Aker, there are hundreds of stories moving around every day. People building, leading, creating, often without ever crossing paths.

​Runway Breakfast Club is about changing that.

​Once a month, we open up a small window in the morning where it’s easy to connect, with people you might have passed, but never met.
