AI in Tech: If AI can write the code, what does a tech career look like?
AI coding tools have gone from novelty to daily use in a very short time. Entry-level hiring has tightened, and the day-to-day work of a developer has changed. Practising engineers and tech leaders discuss how the job has shifted, where careers now begin, what employers screen for, and the paths a computing degree opens beyond software engineering.
A 45-minute moderated panel followed by around 30 minutes of audience questions.
