Ilkka Kaikuvuo is a technology entrepreneur, board professional, startup business angel, and ok-ish endurance athlete working daily with startups and growth companies. Also Co-father of Framery, Surveypal, and a few other companies. An early-stage investor in 20+ companies, mainly in Something-as-as-Service & smart offices. Active Chairperson & member of the board at growth companies from different industries. Interested in growth and learning new things – never forgetting strategic thinking & humane approach!
JP Virtanen is a growth company builder, investor, and advisor working with startups and scaleups across industries. Co-founder and early team member in companies such as Avaus, MOI Mobile, and Solnet Green Energy, as well as founder of Avanto Ventures accelerator and Catalyst Ventures. Serves as Chairperson or board member in around 10 growth companies. Portfolio includes ~10 direct angel investments, in addition to the venture portfolios of Avanto Ventures and Catalyst Ventures. Experienced in shaping new ventures, scaling business models, and supporting founders through both investment and strategic advisory. Passionate about building ecosystems, unlocking growth opportunities, and helping entrepreneurs succeed.
