About Event

While most companies are still writing their 25-page AI policy, I built a system of 60+ AI agents that runs my entire CEO office.

I sat down and wrote out everything I actually do in a day: 12-16 meetings, emails, strategy blocks, 1:1s, presentations. Then I started building an AI agent for each one.

What I built:

  • An orchestrator that knows all my projects. And 60-80 sub-agents that get deployed based on need

  • Automated meeting follow-ups, LinkedIn content from transcripts, presentation outlines

  • A virtual advisory board of 6 AI personas (including Frank Slootman) that iterate on my presentations until they score 8/10, and give me brutally honest feedback after every podcast

~10,000 lines of code. I wrote maybe 3 of them. The rest? Cursor and Claude Code. My job was to think the system. The architecture, the roles, the feedback loops.

In this session, I'll walk through the entire system live.

No slides. No theory. Just the real thing.

You'll walk away knowing:

  • How to audit your day and identify what to automate first

  • How to build an orchestrator + sub-agent system without writing code

  • How to create AI personas that make you better, not just faster

  • The exact tools and approach I used

Who this is for: CEOs, founders, and leaders who are done reading about AI and ready to actually build with it.
