We Are Eating The Earth: A Conversation on Food, Climate, and the Future

Join us for a powerful and timely conversation during Climate Week NYC with award-winning journalist Michael Grunwald, author of We Are Eating The Earth: The Race to Fix our Food System and Save Our Climate, and Ayurella Horn-Muller, environmental journalist at Grist.

Grunwald and Horn-Muller will explore the connections between the global food system and the climate crisis and the hidden consequences of how we grow, process, and consume food. They will dig into the political, personal, and planetary implications of our diets, what it means to reimagine a more sustainable, equitable food future, and the carbon cost of what's on our plates.

Whether you're a climate advocate, journalist, food lover, or just curious, this event will leave you hungry for change.

This event is presented in partnership with the Arthur L. Carter Journalism Institute at NYU, with support from Simon & Schuster, the Better Food Foundation, and the Plant-Based Defaults NGO Network.
