Agentic Workflow Workshop
Outgrown your no-code tools and chat-based workflows?
Learn how to direct AI agents to build custom solutions for your real workflow needs and creative projects.
In this two-hour workshop, you will apply a spec-driven process to create automations, scripts, or apps tailored to your ideas.
No formal coding background required. We will cover the basics needed to get started. Bring a simple use case and leave with a working prototype plus a practical method you can reuse.
We will walk through an agentic workflow going from idea → working software using Git, modern IDEs, and AI agents.
This is a hands-on build session. You will leave with something working.
Brought to you by the Novus community.

Why this Workshop
My early attempts at building AI automations as a Project Manager were hit-and-miss until I applied project management methods to agentic workflows. Today, I use this spec-driven approach to direct AI agents to build custom tools and automate tedious tasks. I'm hosting this session to share that exact framework so you can start building your own custom solutions.
